Risen Oceanpark Hotel

The air conditioner wasn't working well, so I asked the hotel to take action. The technician came and looked into it, but he was a bit rude, so I wasn't happy.

I was looking for a place near the beach for a long-awaited beach trip with a friend, so I chose a place with a good price-performance ratio. The location and cleanliness were great. The beach was a 5-minute walk, and there was a convenience store on the first floor. Megacopy was also great. However, since there was only one extra chair in the twin room, I had to eat at a table, even though cooking wasn't allowed. It was inconvenient, so I asked the front desk;;; They responded rudely, as if they were asking why I was requesting such a thing. I'd seen blog reviews mentioning rooms with two or three chairs, so I asked. I asked if it wasn't strange that there weren't chairs depending on whether cooking was allowed. They responded that they only follow company guidelines and told me to contact the company if anything was inconvenient. In the end, it was because there weren't any extra chairs, but the answer was annoyance. They seemed to ask why I had booked a room without cooking and asked for extra chairs. My positive impression of the place was completely ruined. I think I'll go somewhere else next time.
